The Colorado Hospital Association is partnering with the Institute for Healthcare Quality, Safety and Efficiency to present the Introduction to Health Care Leadership Series. The series aims to elevate participant’s leadership skills through three 90-minute interactive, online training sessions that address real-world challenges, and three 90-minute group executive coaching sessions with tailored development and feedback to accelerate success in the workplace.
The program will focus on three topics aimed at leading and managing organizational change:
- Leading Change Initiatives
- Overcoming Resistance to Change
- Managing Conflict
Participants should be prepared to actively engage in discussion and breakout groups within the interactive sessions, apply the concepts to their daily work, and bring case examples for discussion to the coaching sessions.
Sessions for this six-part virtual learning series will be held from noon - 1:30 p.m. on the dates indicated below:
- Thursday, April 13, 2023, Interactive session (Leading Change)
- Wednesday, April 26, 2023, Application/Coaching Session
- Thursday, May 11, 2023, Interactive session (Overcoming Resistance)
- Wednesday, May 24, 2023, Application/Coaching Session
- Thursday, June 8, 2023, Interactive session (Managing Conflict)
- Wednesday, June 21, 2023, Application/Coaching Session

The registration fee for this six-part series is $500 per person for CHA hospital and health system members and $850 per person for non-members. Registration Deadline: Friday, April 7.
